Miriam and Sebastian founded Foodsource in August 2020 and have focused on two things from the beginning: 100% food and 100% implementation focus - this has allowed Foodsource to grow to a team of 12 that now serves a broad portfolio of clients - from Germany's second largest burger system to Michelin starred restaurants. Miriam's diverse experience provides the impetus for all projects, enhancing the value Foodsource delivers to each client, while Sebastian plays to his strengths in strategy and structure.
